Man of God, Husband, Engineer, Inventor, Author: Pastor Larry Sumerville II was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and was brought up in a godly home by my parents, Bishop Larry and Pastor Elaine Sumerville Sr.  He married Tumajah Sumerville in March 2010 who works with him in ministry as a Teacher, Prophetic Psalmist, and recording artist. Larry & Tumajah are the proud parents of Larry M. Sumerville III and Mieko L. Sumerville, and Yuko Sumerville.  Larry committed his life to the Lord as a youth and was filled with the Holy Spirit from the early age of 10 years old. He heard and answered the call to ministry at the age of 19 while he was an undergraduate student at Morgan State University. From then on, in boldness and authority, he ministered in homes, the streets of Baltimore, middle schools, high schools, college campuses, youth conferences, churches, radio, and wherever God has directed him demonstrating the power of God and proclaiming the good news of His Kingdom. He is known by many for his determination to know the Lord deeply and his desire to be pleasing to the Father in private and public.    Larry II has served in ministry preaching the gospel for over 20+ years starting as a youth leader at Word Alive Worship Center in Baltimore MD, as a Youth Pastor at Harvestime International, then as a Youth Pastor and Assistant Pastor at Manifestation of Christ Church (Baltimore MD) for 11years and also as an elder helping to establish ministry in Hampton Roads, VA and Atlanta, GA, and as an Assistant Pastor and then Senior Pastor at Power of Grace Fellowship. As a Youth Pastor, he organized youth conferences, planned youth enrichment trips, led school supply drives, organized outreach to the community, conducted Community Days, planned concerts, developed and implemented College Ministry with Crusades, organized Youth Sundays and was over the Children's, Youth and Young Adult's Ministry. As an Assistant Pastor and Elder, Pastor Larry headed the Evangelism Team, chaired department meetings and assisted with radio and television ministry as well as assisting with Pastor's needs and holding up the vision. Pastor Larry's passion is preaching and teaching the good news of the kingdom and making and preparing disciples for the work of the ministry.  He carries a zeal for revealing the true nature of God and demonstrating the power and authority of His Kingdom.  He is motivated by a desire to do the will of the Father and to see people walk in the fullness of God operating in purpose and free from the oppression of the enemy.  He is determined to raise up a people who know God deeply, pursue Him with pureness and fervency of heart and walk in the fullness of their God given assignments with a readiness to inflict damage to the kingdom of darkness. His aim is to pull down the infrastructure of the prince of this world through the teaching and preaching of the Gospel and subjecting all dominions and powers to the Kingdom of God and the power of His Christ. Pastor Larry's heart and lifestyle are conveyed through two of his favorite scriptures, Matthew 11:12, "the Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." and 1 Corinthians 4:20 "The Kingdom of God is not a matter of talk, but of power."  He lives a life holy before the Lord and transparent before people so that his life can be a testimony to the demonstration of mercy, power, wisdom, holiness, magnificence and love of Father, God. He graduated from Morgan State University (MSU) with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering 2007 and has continued his education at MSU and Argosy University.  He is presently employed by the AOC as a General Engineer. He and his wife also own a printing and designing company (Priority Prints LLC), record label (Tumajah Music LLC), and are organizing a youth, young adult & family development program (Youth & Young Adult Consulting and Development Center) to minister to needs in the community. He currently holds a provisional patent and is in the process of obtaining a non-provisional utility patent for an invention he is currently prototyping.
